We are looking for an Account Manager to support client communication, project coordination, and delivery operations across active accounts.

This role ensures briefs, timelines, approvals, and deliverables move smoothly. You will work closely with internal teams to keep work organized, track status, and minimize delivery friction. This is an execution-heavy role that rewards discipline, clarity, and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
• Track project timelines, task ownership, and delivery readiness
• Coordinate briefs, inputs, approvals, and feedback loops
• Maintain documentation: meeting notes, action items, and status updates
• Ensure internal teams have what they need to execute work accurately
• Conduct delivery QA checks: correct specs, naming, versions, and final exports
• Support reporting, coordination and client presentation preparation
• Escalate risks early: delays, missing inputs, scope drift, and blockers
• Maintain clear filing, version control, and organized asset storage

Requirements

• 0–2 years in account management, project coordination, or agency operations
• Strong English and Amharic writing and communication skills
• High organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Comfort with Google Workspace and basic project management tools
• Ability to handle feedback professionally and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of execution quality
