Digital Marketing Specialist
A digital marketing specialist who owns channel strategy, performance, and optimization across paid, owned, and earned platforms.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital channel strategy and performance across Footprint campaigns and always-on initiatives.
This role owns planning and optimization across paid media and key owned channels, ensures clean tracking and reporting, and drives performance improvements through disciplined testing. You will work closely with creative and strategy to align message, offer, creative format, targeting, and landing experience.
Responsibilities
• Build channel strategy per campaign objective and funnel stage
• Plan and run paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Own targeting, budget pacing, optimization, and performance troubleshooting
• Build tracking standards: UTMs, pixels, events, conversions, and reporting logic
• Work with web and creative teams to align landing pages and conversion paths
• Produce weekly performance snapshots and monthly business review reporting
• Run test plans: creatives, audiences, offers, placements, and landing variants
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand safety requirements
• Maintain documentation: campaigns, learnings, benchmarks, and playbooks
Requirements
• 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on paid media optimization
• Strong understanding of attribution limits and practical measurement standards
• Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads required
• Experience with GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, tracking events, and conversion reporting
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into execution changes
• Comfort working fast while maintaining disciplined QA and accuracy
• Strong communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration
