We are looking for a Video Editor focused on short-form content, reels, highlights, and fast-turnaround edits for digital platforms.

This role owns pacing, narrative clarity, hook execution, and platform-specific formatting. You will work closely with creative direction and production to produce edits that feel native, clean, and high-performing.

Responsibilities

• Edit reels and highlights with strong hook, pacing, and retention logic
• Structure short-form narratives clearly with tight sequencing and flow
• Execute captions, subtitles, on-screen text, and platform-safe formatting
• Apply clean sound design: dialogue clarity, music balance, and transitions
• Maintain brand consistency: fonts, visual treatments, tone, and style rules
• Deliver correct exports for each platform spec and aspect ratio
• Manage revisions cleanly with version control and clear iteration notes
• Collaborate with videographers and creatives to improve footage-to-edit workflow
• Build reusable templates and editing systems for speed and consistency

Requirements

• 3+ years editing experience with a strong short-form portfolio
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects is a plus)
• Strong sense of pacing, story structure, and audience retention patterns
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and keep style consistent across series
• Reliable turnaround speed without sacrificing quality
• Strong file management and revision discipline
